Private Pilates sessions are a great way to get that one-on-one attention you desire. Whether you are recovering from an injury, have specialized needs for your lifestyle, or want to focus on what your particular body requires, private sessions will give you the ability to fine-tune your Pilates practice for your specific needs. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend that you start with private sessions to help you become more knowledgeable about proper form and develop a program that is best suited for you.​ All Privates are based on availability and scheduled through  us directly by phone or email.

Each session is 55-minutes.
