Small Group Pilates sessions are a great way to get personalized attention with no more then 4 people per class.
All Small Group Schedule can be found under Class Schedule or through the MINDBODY APP. You must reserve your spot for all Small Groups in advance.
Our Small Group sessions will challenge every part of your body resulting in strong and flat abs, long and lean thighs, a lifted seat, and sculpted arms.
Each session is 50- minutes.
