Alison is the proud owner of Studio Allongé, and an energetic and sought after trainer. From Athletes, extensively MLB and NFL players, golfers, to professional and ballet dancers in training, professional models and clients well over 80 years old, Alison tailors sessions to the individual needs of each person, focusing on creating an enjoyable and motivating experience. Whatever your fitness level, she will help you create results that will change your body, mind and spirit, build a healthy lifestyle and inspire you to reach your own personal fitness goals.
Originally from Southern California, Alison moved to Arizona as a dancer with Ballet Arizona. She has also trained with American Ballet Theater, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, The HARID Conservatory, and Chautauqua Dance Center. Alison graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Ballet, a double major in Business and Nonprofit Management.
Alison’s lifelong passion for ballet, fitness and health inspired her to become a Pilates, Yoga and Barre instructor. She is Certified in the classical Joseph Pilates method of physical conditioning from Lotus Pilates Center L.L.C., (recognized as an Educational Organization Member of the Pilates Method Alliance). She received her Yoga certification through YogaWorks Teacher Training Program.
Chloe is a Colorado native who has had a passion for fitness and movement ever since she can remember. She is a former NHL Cheerleader for the St. Louis Blues, having spent a year and a half in St. Louis prior to moving to Arizona in the Summer of 2020. A dancer, Chloe began her training at the age of two, competing on dance teams and performing for her studio company until suffering extensive hip injuries her senior year of high school. As a result of these injuries and subsequent surgeries, she became interested in the practice of Pilates as she was forced to re-examine her own training techniques. Chloe believes the Pilates method has improved the balance in her body greatly. She believes the mind-body connection can empower a deeper, more intelligent approach to fitness, and that the principles of Pilates can be incorporated into all aspects of life.
Certified in both Classical and Contemporary methods of Pilates, Chloe has completed intensive courses in Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. Chloe brings her natural enthusiasm for movement and attention to form into her group classes and private sessions. Clients can expect a thorough yet fun approach to their practice while they improve body awareness, confidence, and strength.
Chloe is excited to share her passion for movement and exercise and to provide a welcoming environment where clients of all ages and abilities can work toward improving their health and fitness. She is inspired everyday by the clients who come into the studio determined to better their lives.
