Heidi- Pilates Instructor & Holistic Nutrition Practitioner

Heidi grew up in Oregon, and moved to Scottsdale after college. She pursued her lifelong passion of health and wellness at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for Holistic Nutrition. Heidi had always been very workout savvy and considered herself strong. It wasn’t until she started taking Pilates that she really understood that true strength starts with a strong core - and how it changes your body! Heidi decided to get certified to teach Pilates because she found what a wonderful adjunct it is for a healthy lifestyle.

Heidi loves that Pilates can be done by almost anyone regardless of age or health conditions and how the practice creates strong mind-body connections. Not to mention it’s fun and there are so many exercises that can be done! As an instructor Heidi describes herself as high-energy, fun, with a passion for creating stronger, healthier bodies.
