Taylor is from the suburbs of Philadelphia prior to calling Arizona home. She attended ASU where she received a BS in human nutrition and is also a certified health coach. Taylor completed comprehensive Pilates training through a PMA training program in Phoenix. She is currently in school to become a physical therapist assistant at Pima Medical Institute.
After starting Pilates as a student she immediately fell in love with it! She liked that Pilates was challenging and that you could feel yourself getting stronger each session, but in a way that’s nourishing to your body. Taylor always wanted to find a career where she could do something she loved and help people improve their own lives at the same time. She loves that Pilates is truly for everyone, whether it’s getting stronger, improving mobility, or simply finding a workout a client actually enjoys doing!
When Taylor is not studying to become a Physical Therapy Assistant or working, she likes hiking, camping, running (half and full marathons), cooking, and baking.
